These terms govern purchases in the Magda Sweet Cakes online shop. Before confirming an order, you can review these terms, the Privacy policy and the Legal notice.
1. Seller

2. Products and allergens
We offer a limited weekly selection of artisan patisserie for collection from our atelier. Images are illustrative and small finish variations may occur due to handmade production, without altering the product’s nature or quality.
Each product page shows ingredients, allergens, quantity and price before it is added to the basket. Please review this information before ordering. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces in the atelier.
3. Orders, price and payment
Select the available products, collection time and contact details. You can review and correct errors before payment. Selecting “Pay with Stripe” starts secure payment. The order is completed once payment is authorised and we email your confirmation.
Stock is limited and reserved for 15 minutes while payment is completed. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise before checkout. There are no delivery charges because orders are collection only. Magda Sweet Cakes does not store complete card details.
4. Collection, cancellations and refunds
Orders are collected only from the atelier on the date and time selected at checkout. Usual collection times are 11:00–14:00 and 17:00–19:00 on Thursdays and Fridays, unless the shop states otherwise. You may authorise another person to collect an order with the order name and number.
You may cancel an order or request a variety change until Tuesday at 6:00 pm (Spanish mainland time) in the collection week. A full refund will be made by the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. After this deadline, preparation begins and changes or refunds are not available, except for an order error or lack of conformity.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, in accordance with article 103.d of Spain’s Consumer and User Protection Act. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is not as agreed or lacks conformity.
5. Issues, data and law
For an issue with an order, contact hola@magdasweetcakes.com as soon as possible, including the order number and, where possible, photographs. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy. These terms are governed by Spanish law; mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules apply where relevant.
