It all began with a trip, a few cupcakes and a real hunger to learn. Today Magda Sweet Cakes is a boutique atelier in Granada specialising in weddings, with limited production and one obsession: that every cake tastes as good as it looks.

Do you make cakes outside Granada?
Yes. We work across the city of Granada and its whole province, and we deliver and set the cake up at the venue itself. For other locations in Eastern Andalusia we look at each case individually: write to us with the date and the venue and we will tell you whether we can get there.
Do you only make wedding cakes?
Weddings are the core of our work: wedding cakes and Bakery Corner. We also create pieces for other exclusive events. We have no fixed catalogue and no shop front — every order is designed with you and quoted individually.
How much does a wedding cake cost?
We do not work with fixed price lists, because every cake is a bespoke piece. The price depends on the number of guests, the design and its complexity, the ingredients, and delivery and set-up. We prepare a personalised quote with no obligation. We break it down in our guide to the price of a wedding cake.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak-season weddings we recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead. If you are getting married in Granada from abroad, the sooner the better: that way we secure your date and can arrange the flavour tasting to coincide with one of your visits.
