This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are and how they are used on the Magda Sweet Cakes website, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

Cookies and local storage

Technologies we use

We use two categories:

• Strictly necessary (consent-exempt): msc_cookie_consent and msc_analytics_consent in localStorage remember your choice until you clear site data. If you sign in to the shop, Honoré also uses msc_cliente for up to one hour to keep your session and show your orders. This cookie is secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and restricted to the API account routes.
• Analytics (only with your prior consent): loaded only if you click “Accept analytics” in the banner. Then cookies from Google Analytics 4 (_ga 2 years, _ga_* 2 years, _gid 24 h, _gat 1 min) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck 1 year, _clsk 1 day, CLID 1 year, ANONCHK 10 min, MR 7 days) are set to measure visits and behaviour. Providers: Google Ireland/LLC and Microsoft Corp., with possible transfers to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you click “Decline analytics”, no analytics cookies are set and neither Google Analytics nor Clarity are loaded. Necessary technologies remain active so the site can work and remember your choice. You can change your mind anytime by removing msc_cookie_consent and msc_analytics_consent in your browser —the banner will reappear— or via the button below.
